[colug-432] September COLUG Meeting Announcement

Use Suite A, North entrance. Everyone will need to sign in at the security
desk and receive a temporary badge. The meeting will be in our training room
which is just inside the North entrance. Restrooms and a break room are
accessible near the training room.
