I did buy one of those.  I've gotten good performance and reasonable
coverage across my house, and it's co-existed well with my 802.11a/b/g
infrastructure (which I'm leaving in place, because I want to have separate
radio bands (not just VLANs) for certain applications (guests, wii/netflix,
BD player, versus normal uses)...
