[colug-432] Cheapo 2560x1440 IPS Monitors

It seems that a wave of cheap 2560x1440 IPS monitors is hitting 
the market and changing the game.

The one at Microcenter looks good. I was able to drive it at full 
resolution over _VGA_, from an old el cheapo Acer Aspire One 
netbook. It looked good.
