Scott seems to work at a more abstract level than I do with embedded 
Linux.  I tried Unity on my netbook (Asus EeePC) with Ubuntu 10.10, but 
baled after about 6 weeks.  Gnome 3 makes me barf, so I've switched to 
XFCE on my development workstations (Debian Wheezy) and Cinnamon on my 
Linux Mint Debian Edition notebook (HP 4430s) and netbook.
