[colug-432] resume for friend

[Jim Baker]

I have a neighbor who was just laid off as his company moved "to the
cloud."  Would it be OK to share his resume, or let others know I have it
available?  He's been working as a sysadmin with VMware, but is open to
other IT opportunities.
