DigiKey.com can have one to you in about 48hrs, quantity 1, and you can
pick the ESR you want.

Or you might try ESCO on Indianola; they carry all sorts of weird
bubble-packed things. You'll have to actually drive to the brick &
mortar, though; there is no web site with reliable content.

(I'm counting on Jim to step in here with wisdom on actually using
supercaps for backup power).
