I"m having issues with power fluctuations. The other day it was locked up
tight.
The voltage between tp1 and tp2 is about 4..95, supposed to be well within
specs.

I don't really want to put this guy on a ups. Was thinking of maybe a super
capacitor.
I've heard there are actually 1 farad caps for cheap. Anyone know where I
can get one
locally?

http://www.aliexpress.com/ has 5.5 volt units for $3.00 each min order of
10.

and 2.7 v unit for $0.80 / each min order of one. Hmm how to make sure
they each get equal amount of charge. feeding it to 5V don't want one to
go boom if it takes
on more charge than the other. Without knowing the internal resistance how
would I know what size
resisters to put across them?

wow, they have one 5.5v unit at $1.50 each, with shipping for one at
$62.75 !
