Maybe more than you need, but take a look at ownCloud: http://owncloud.org

It's a self-hosted Dropbox workalike written in PHP.  It also supports
CalDAV and CardDAV for calendar and contacts syncing, plus a number of
other interesting things that may or may not be of use to you.
