[colug-432] Samsung Galaxy S3 and Addressbook/Contacts sync

I looked into a simpler CardDAV/CalDAV server, Baikal
http://baikal-server.com/
seems to work well in test on localhost
for Akonadi/KAddressBook, and for CardDAV Sync free Android app

Then I found for *Thunderbird* ...  !!
Inverse Sogo Connector 17.0.3 (adds CardDAV to Thunderbird addressbook)
http://www.sogo.nu/fr/downloads/frontends.html

setup is trivky, but it works on localhost.

Now to see if I can get it to work on shared hosting with theoretically
variable IP #
