[colug-432] [re]building procps

[FiL Farris]

Glad it worked out!!

I have been wanting to do a complete "roll your own" build for a while now
as a learning tool.  Gentoo is amazing but I would think nothing would
compare to building from scratch to get exactly what YOU want.
