What do you mean by "full set of features"?  I have a Linux box I've 
been running for many years that runs sendmail for multiple domains, has 
IMAP (and Openwebmail, the only simple webmail client I can find) for 
access, had Mailman set up for mailing lists.  What else are you looking 
for?
