[colug-432] Internet cafe crackdown?

It is my understanding that they applied the proper mathematic definition
of what a "game of chance" is as well.
But yeah.. gambling. West Virginia is filled with them. Little buildings
called cafe's but just a bunch of "gambling" machines.
