[colug-432] Internet cafe crackdown?

>From what I have heard they have nothing to do with the Internet.  They are
gambling halls that have (until now) avoided closure for illegal gambling
by using "phone cards".  You can win minutes or points that are put onto a
card you purchase from the cafe.  You can of course sell the card back to
the cafe at anytime for cash.

With the legal gambling (new casino & state lotto) revenue being down they
are taking out competition :)
