The last time I was on the phone with them about it I made my way up to a level 3 tech person who was located somewhere about an hour outside of Columbus who said they couldn't find anything wrong with the modem at the time and went as far to say that my cable modem make/model is one of the best ones they offer and is preferred for the faster packages.

So, I take it that the modem should probably be replaced? Would I be better off just going into one of their offices and swapping it out for a newer modem?
