[colug-432] Comcast and connectivity alternatives

It's good that you have options. In Plain City we have TW or satellite. In
my frustration with TW I've looked at the satellite options, but they
require extra hardware (obviously) and are much more expensive with monthly
data caps, much like cell plans.
