[colug-432] Young Coders at PyOhio

Hi all,

PyOhio is once again offering free programming classes to children 12-17
during PyOhio.

There will be one class on 7/26 and one on 7/27.

Classes are taught on a RaspberryPi, and after the class, the kids take
home a free Pi, Keyboard, Mouse, Case, power supply, and HDMI cable.
