Disable javascript in all browsers except where compromise 
has little negative consequence. 

To browse risky sites, view them in a virtual machine that 
is running a virtual live CD/DVD such as but not limited to 
Knoppix. 

Some folks do their javascript stuff logged in in as another user. 
Do they reload that user's home from skel each time they login?
