I don't think that’s an option. It's a declaration whether or not the
internet connection is available. You might get somebody to download the
driver for you to a thumb drive or CD.
You can also get with the Mint user forum. Click on the Mint Forum
button at the left top corner the Firefox Browser once you get a
connection or some other computer. Sometimes the Ubuntu forum answer
questions Mint can't.
