... also ... the "DHCP and DNS" tab (under the Network tab) does allow
hard-coded addresses. I took the addresses from the previous
/etc/dhcpd.conf, punched them in there, and things worked mostly as
expected. (Did have some trouble if the router beat me to the punch.
Hard to get it to forget its own random assignments, if any.) That was
for the IPv4 stuff.
What never worked (for me) under that tab was setting fixed IPv6 addresses.
