[colug-432] KDE and kwallet pain

I don't have any great advice on that - but newer releases of Plasma are in
much better shape - bug wise. I have Plasma 5.8 on Fedora 25 and I don't
have that issue. Try it on a live usb, or the KDE Neon project has a stable
iso (but is based on ubuntu).
