Might want to check your bill also...

Mine jumped from ~$150 to $185.  I called them and did a bill review, and
ended up at ~$170 for like-for-like services...  Still, $170 is better than
$185.

My inet speed went from 30/6 to 60/6.  Honestly, above 10mbit at home, it's
hard to tell the difference between 30/60.  But, hey, I'll take it.
