OK, the latest "techlife" meetup announcement has motivated me.

What would motivate YOU to join a meetup that exclusively does
computer/networking/technical kinds of things?  Assume that it will
never have a presentation on how to "dress for success".

I'm especially interested in hearing from folks who have never joined
a "meetup" group -- what description would make you a member?
