[colug-432] Insight Broadband Dynamic IP Problem

I can't speak to running a DNS server on WOW, but I loved having them as my service provider.  They were really easy to work with, and while there was rarely a problem they did their best to fix it and not give me crap.

AT&T DSL was fairly reliable. I had their 3Mb service which worked far, far better than the stupid frustrating "10Mb" timewarner I have now.  Netflix, ATV, YouTube - all awful experiences.
