[colug-432] Insight Broadband Dynamic IP Problem

I can't speak to Insight, but I have Earthlink broadband which runs
through TWC. My IP address has not changed in months, if not years.
Ever since I started running my ssh server several months ago, my IP
address has stayed the same. I also work at TWC (business class) and I
have never heard of anyone with the problem you're describing.
