[colug-432] Insight, TW, WOW, VoIP

I have voip service from callcentric. PAP2 box plugged in @ the dmark in my
basement and standard POTS phones.

5.95/mo for unlimited inbound calls. No outbound. We use cell phones for
outbound. Just hanging onto the house "land line" for the wife's comfort.

Also currently on roadrunner for data but considering switching to WOW.
