[colug-432] Packet Loss

Has any one on TimeWarnerCable in the Columbus area, been experiencing any type
of major packet loss today?

I've been running various mtr reports all over today and TWC and Level3 seem
to be dropping a lot of packets. (At least with the routes my traffic is taking).
