I haven't noticed any pack loss today.  They have apparently been doing 
some work, though.  I noticed, while troubleshooting an issue, that 
pings to certain TWC/RR servers were blocked.

At some point in time, I had hard-coded RR's SMTP server in my 
/etc/hosts file.  Yesterday afternoon my outgoing mail started 
queueing.  I thought with TWC and Insight merging, maybe they were 
consolidating services and I missed a notice, but I could still dig the 
name.  When I tried to ping I got filtered notices and when I tried to 
connect to it, I was going to another address.  Took me awhile to figure 
out why dig was returning a different address than telnet and sendmail....
