[colug-432] wanted: silent PC for ownCloud hosting

I would get any small form factor PC that has an external (laptop style)
power supply.  Order it with an SSD so the only moving part you have is a
CPU fan. Then dunk the whole thing in mineral oil. You'll never hear it.
