You're approaching this as a "get Flash to work" problem. Don't
approach it that way. Flash is dead or at least dying. Flash video is
being supplanted by HTML5 <video>. So these days the goal needs to be
to get the browser and the content provider to agree on video
formats/encodings -- not to get Flash working.
