I do not have TWC, but for the last week my connection goes down in the 
evening until the next morning. I am in Texas and the trouble has been 
area wide. began to think it was something server related. I am guessing 
that somewhere along the line my traffic goes thru TWC servers. It came 
up this morning, no packet loss, but very slow.
